Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding US holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Orders under $100: $4.90 flat rate, delivered in 5–10 business days after processing.
• Orders of $100 or more: FREE shipping, delivered in 5–10 business days after processing.

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6–13 business days. We currently ship to all 50 US states.

International Shipping

We also ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, much of Europe, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, South Korea, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Israel and the UAE. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your address and the carrier selected (USPS or DHL Express). International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Tracking

Every order ships with tracking. If your tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll follow up with the carrier.

Large Items

Large furniture may ship in more than one box and may arrive on different days. Your order is complete when all boxes are delivered.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or never arrives, contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll send a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you. See our Refund Policy for details.

Address Changes

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change your shipping address. We can update it as long as the order hasn't shipped yet.
